The donut not only looked sick when I took it out of the paper bag but was also “dug into” with nails on the edge. The bottom of the steep tea cup was dirty, and the steep tea was completely rubbish. One word for the poor staffing, teach them customer service soon otherwise it’ll be a useless location. No one likes to eat garbage. View all feedback.
They are super slow. Don’t waste your time. I spent 15 mins to get one small double

This restaurant is quick but they frequently make mistakes with my order. Today, my everything breakfast croissant was missing the egg and I received a double double coffee instead of the double double steeped tea that I had requested.
This restaurant is one of the worst I have been to. The staff is very incompetent and cannot take a correct order. I have been there three times and each time they have given me the wrong order, such as coffee instead of tea or cream instead of milk. I recommend avoiding this place.
It's regrettable to observe a continuing decline in service quality at this location over the past year or so. The repeated errors in orders, dismissive attitudes toward customer feedback, and an apparent lack of effort in staff improvement contribute to an unsatisfactory experience. This establishment operates in a service-oriented industry, yet the evident disregard for customer concerns and the absence of a proactive approach to rectify recurring issues signify a deeper problem with customer service standards. These ongoing challenges further reinforce my decision to cease visiting this location due to the consistently poor service and lack of improvement in customer care.
