Very rude staff and forgot half my order. I waited a long time to pay for my order while they talked amongst each other and never bothered to charge me, I then went to a table as I presumed they charge me afterwards. About 5 mins later they scream at me that I still need to pay, which was rude and in front of the whole cafe. They then forgot half of my order anyway when they bought it to me. Very poor service. Very friendly staff. Long queues, but the staff is efficient. many dust on the lamps that are located directly above the bakery. a lot of dirt at the entrance. I can see that both barrists are busy serving customers, why is @cafe nero not to rent a third person, even on a time basis to keep the standards on the floor?
Yes, it's not bad to go chain cafes. when they have been in a cafe nero, they will know how they are and know that the coffee is actually ok. this special cafe nero is always busy, so easy to be aware. it is located at the top of the high road of sutton and there is both sitting inside and outside. many large windows too so great for people to observe. I often go here and even if his busy me only once given the wrong order and being fair, the coffee I was given was great! also no parking outside the id recommend to park at the morrison’s over the street and its 2 minutes to foot from there.
I have my coffee with friends for the last 10 years in the sutton filiale. a regular customer. they know my ordinary drink. I don't have to order.
Beautiful large coffee shop with many inside seating possibilities, many different types of chairs with many outside seats also, which has a soonachin overhead to protect customers from . it seemed that there were many fresh foods available, the coffee was delicious and there was no waiting. Even while I was sitting with my drink and snack, I always looked at the theke and there was never much of a wait. the personal seemed efficient and friendly and helped me with some suggestions to choose drinks when I first arrived and decided what to have.
