"All dog lovers should avoid this hotel, which is on paper 3 stars, but actually does not deserve a star. We have been coming here for four years and, with one exception, we have always had to complain about the room we received. Because this Hotel lives by the house rules and is not for the guests (especially not for the loyal ones), according to which guests with a dog can only get a room with a linoleum floor reserved for people with reduced mobility. Although this is not indicated when booking on Booking.com or on the hotel's website, and we always communicated our intention to come with a dog, and they always confirmed a normal room (not reserved for people with reduced mobility). And since we got the carpeted room after more or less complaining until now, and because of the advantage of the place being close to relatives, we did not care if it was not cleaned well, where there was a pigeon....r on the windowsill, where the mosquito net was torn, where the shower barely wanted to drain, and that nowhere, in any of the rooms, are there no minibars or refrigerators, only very few rooms have accessories. But in the middle of the heat, even after our complaint, they couldn't give us a carpeted room (which also had air conditioning), only by moving the next day, the glass was full. I hope it is clear from the pictures how much this Hotel really appreciates not only dogs, but also people with reduced mobility or other disadvantaged situations. They probably don't come here either, which is why this room was full of hair and dirt. In other hotels, this is a carpeted room just like any other. Anyone who wants to stay or go on vacation with a dog should definitely avoid this county, but this hotel. The hotels here are not yet prepared to welcome guests with dogs like in the trans-Danubian regions. This hostel is more like a dormitory, where crazy kids run wild until late at night, even after 10:00 p.m., without the constant concierge calling them. This has happened several times. Resting here? Guaranteed not. How long we have been coming here is evidenced by a comment I wrote 4 years ago, which I have now deleted for this new one, because it was the last time we came to this 2-star hotel in the Balkans. Sorry, but the kitchen deserves at least 3 stars for their kindness and the prepared food, but this does not change the overall image of the Hotel. Workers' hostel, dormitory. Or rather an Apartment with extras, for the price of a slightly more expensive 4-star hotel across the Danube."
