Store is clean. Arrows on the floor direct customers around the store. Social distancing is encouraged. Masks are worn by the staff, who are quick, friendly and efficient. This is my 3rd visit this year, and each time was good. I used drive through first two times. This time, I walked in. It?s easy to drive in and out lots of parking spaces. Masks are for sale at the counter, by the way, if you need one. Sign on the... View all feedback.

Why are Dunkins so inconsistent in this area?! It?s extremely frustrating playing a game of roulette wondering if your order will be as you asked for it or not. I wanted to wait and give this location a fair shot before I rated them but after grabbing a cup of coffee and sometimes a bagel at least 5 times, I have to say the inconsistency at this location is awful and I?ll drive past it from now on. Best Dunkin in Florida. Nicest staff I have ever experienced. Donuts were delicious. Clean and fast. Great place for families. Ashley was the friendliest person I have ever met in a customer service enviroment. 10 out of 10.
This is one of the fastest Dunkin Donuts I've ever been too. Our order was fast, correct, and the food was hot. I love Dunkin Donuts to begin with and the get hot, fast food with great customer service was phenomenal!
Ashley was very nice and outgoing!! She made me the best caramel iced coffee i ever had over the years at DD
Great coffee, but rather long wait in the ride through a Saturday afternoon.
The drive-thru experience I had this morning means that I will never go to this place again. Order for three people, so no huge order. One of the people used to have no breakfast at Dunkin. The rain had nebulized the menu that made it a little hard to see what was. After each ordered article, the present briskly Is it? . I understand window times are important, but the short snips of the participant did not order the person so that it simply ordered hashbrowns to make so that they are inconvenient to someone. The participant pushes the bag on the driver, making it almost fall. The supervisor grabs me. We get the bag, the napkins were balled, okay, whatever. Also here his journey does not expect a fine culinary experience. The order of the hashbrowns was soggy, looked like it had been baked again to warm up. I have worked to drive the fast food before I understand you window times, but if the customer suffers advice and quality of food, that 's like locations lose customers and this place lost three. Is my patronage important to this place? No, and I'm realistic enough to know.
