Stood in line for 10 minutes without being greeted. Customers begging us walked out because they were taking so long. An employee had to clock in to take care of us since non of the 3 employees behind the counter even acknowledged we were there. Completed out of the ordinary for any MOD pizza I’ve ever been in…. I have visited many Mod's at different locations in Central Texas and am never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and helpful to ensure that your pizza is done the way you want it. I always ask for a crunchy crust, and that's what I get! Ingredients are fresh and plentiful! I always get exta serrano peppers ? ? and they pile them on!

I wish I had gotten the dudes name but who ever was working the night shift on 4/8/2024 deserves a raise. Helped me out extensively for my first time coming here and the food was great. Will definitely be coming back here for sure
