"Amazing food at La Fourchette! I felt like I was in France tonight after dining there and the staff are all extremely friendly. Love the live music from Club Manouche They played The Triplets of Belleville soundtrack, I can't believe it! Will definitely come back again ;"

"Definitely recommend a visit here. We turned up without a booking and they very kindly fitted us in. We were super lucky as very busy day as was Sunday after the 3rd Lions Test so lots of visitors (like us) over on Waiheke. Delightful French lady serving us who couldn't have been more helpful. We got the degustation platter which was huge along with some scallops and finished off with some beautiful cheeses. Add in a touch of wine tasting and a couple of glasses of vino and it was a top afternoon."

"So yes a great view of the Harbor in Auckland I had 2 poached eggs and toast the typical breakfast menu nothing over the top but what makes this place great is being able to eat outside top floor looking over water ... yeah potential to come back. Pricing fair service good"

"We had a wonderful experience at Mudbrick. We went through two wine flights on their tasting menu for a total of eight magnificent wines; four whites and four reds. They were all lovely wines and the staff were very patient describing each wine, contrasting them with one another, and repeating as necessary : They were knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. We were able to take the wine samples to the outdoor dining area which has beautiful ocean and countryside views. The food was also excellent a delicious selection of cheeses and the right accompaniments (grapes, crackers, bread, honey on the comb and a nice chutney . We also had a generous portion of delectable olives. We enjoyed the wines so much we picked up a couple of bottles to take home to the USA with us. It was a perfect afternoon and we highly recommend this place!"

"Planning a surprise birthday for 20 guests is no party in the park but working with Ted and his team definitely made last night a party to remember. The staff on duty went above and beyond to ensure all our guests were taken care of and the food was lovely and beautifully presented. "One of the best Cantonese style BBQ ducks in New Zealand!!! Sometimes you need to wait for a while since roast ducks are freshly made, which guarantees the crispiness of the duck skin. The amber-color skin was melting in my mouth without leaving anything but a mouthful of satisfying greasy fragrance. Totally live up to my expectation.<br/ <br/ The lady was absolutely nice and has been very helpful all the time!"

"My family and I have been eating at East Village for over 15 years and it is still the best Chinese Takeaway today. Absolutely recommended is the Combination Soft Noodles x spicy. Great quantity for the price you pay and wonderful quality. This family is absolutely passionate and dedicated to what they do and it shows in the food."
