It was a great way to start our meal. Other choices included the Papajoun and the Armenian Pizza, both suggested by Mirhan and both delicious.The Papajoun was a flatbread pizza with ground beef, spices, and a red pepper paste. We added some hot peppers. It was folded and toasted, giving it a nice texture. Yummy!The Armenian Pizza was topped with soujouk (an Armenian sausage), beef, onions, tomato sauce, and cheese.
