What Mike Dociu doesn't like about Nate’s Place (formerly Bill's Diner):
Food was good (triple decker and tuna melt) but sides were a bit pricey for Norwich. 3.50$ for a small container of slaw as a side. Really? Don't get me wrong, the slaw was good but 3.50$? I also have to say that in keeping with Bills history, don't come here expecting fast or even reasonable service. Love this diner, the people are great and the food is superb!
Spacious luncheonette. The chicken cordon bleu was very good.
Local Diner with good food, good coffee and friendly staff.
Over priced food. Food tasted gross and gave me a stomach ache. The silverware had food and spots all over it. Waitress was nice and professional.
It 's a diner. I had a roast beef sandwich and my wife had a Reuben with fries. Overall the food was good. The service was good as well. One turn off for me was, what looked like three of the kitchen help smoking outside the kitchen area. It was outside . Next time maybe it needs not to be in plain sight.
