"Order Number 310 dated 28/10/2022 20h27 . Meals ordered have a burned smell and taste . Upon complaining to manager on duty ... answer was we can give you a new meal but have to wait 20 minutes for chicken to be ready , but also cannot guarantee taste . Reason they did not have fresh oil for food preparation and are thus using the old oil . How can a company leave their staff to have to deal with preparing food for customers with substandard products . During my time there , there was other complaints . Do I have to continue to accept paying money for a decent meal , but have to leave without receiving what I paid for ."
