Pleasant stop back from Rome. We ate divinely. All of excellent quality and well prepared. I recommend the timballo invinoveritas... an excellent revisitation of tagliatelle at Bonifacio. Beef meatballs are fabulous as well as orange arista. Very good also the visciole tart accompanied by rattafia.
