Tasty and very generous amount! didn’t find my favorite flavors (melon or pistachio) though. But I couldn’t expect better ice cream. Will be back on our way back to the station View all feedback.

Caffetteria San Leonardo is located in the Cannaregio neighbourhood at the corner of Rio Farsetti and Calle del Pistor and where you can enjoy the usual busy touristic hustle and bustle. This was by far the best gelato we had in Venice and the best value gelato as well. You know it’s good when all of the local Venetians are buying their ice cream there! We went back multiple times and tried various flavours and they were each great! I cannot recommend this gelateria highly enough.
Hadn’t heard of this place whilst researching gelaterias to visit but boy am I happy I just happened to find it! Lovely friendly lady served us. I had una coppa di yogurt e zenzero buonissimo!
It’s number 1 for a reason Go there and you too will see why. Price great and quality of ice cream superb. And a very good scoop.
