Waldo's is right on the beach in Vero Beach located at the historic Driftwood hotel. It definitely gets a 5/5 for location with ocean views. The atmosphere was great with live music. They had many drink options including some perfect beachside drinks. The food is good. For the most part it is average pub food. What Susan D doesn't like about Waldo's:
A tough call. Five star location, service, and value. The last two times we went the food was quite lackluster. We used to love eating here. Come on Waldo's bring back that great food we loved. Go for cocktails and the view. View all feedback.
Josh was great, made suggestions and was there for everything we needed. Can't say enough about the great service that's lacking in so many other places. Food was good and the ocean views are absolutely beautiful. Great place for a quick bite to eat. Will be back.
Great place for lunch. The staff was very professional and helpful.
Food looks better than it tasted. We wanted to sit at the empty table by the ocean but the people behind us got it. I know they have to alternate. Whatever. To spend I felt rushed by the server.
Waldo's is a great place to eat , drink, and meet new people! It's located in the Driftwood Inn, which is on the beach and has access to it. There is a pool between the beach and restaurant, that is open to guests They have live bands on certain days, mostly weekends. But overall we Pirates enjoy marauding whenever we be ashore!
I love the outside seating it is right on the beach.
