What Linda Clevenger doesn't like about Penguin Point:
Nasty white gravy nothing but pepper fries were full of salt. Chicken strips were old. Penguin point isn't that good anymore. Need adults working not kids. Got a 4oz cheese cup and they filled it like a 2oz cup manager was rude to the worker. I used to work for penguin point in warsaw so I know how white gravy should be made. We were cut off by the staff with our order extremely rude we had to go thru 3 people that had headsets they were quick with food tho the young lady running drive thru was nice and the food was totally wrong we asked no mustard just mayonnaise and had to go
I had not been to a Penguin Point in over a decade. I saw there was one on the return trip route from a pharmacy in another city. I ordered the signature sandwich, which comes in a club bun. (3 slices) There was far too little meat for it being a 'club ' bun. The staff was great. I visited the restaurant to eat quickly and continue my trip. It must be a hangout for contractors, because there were two different tables of people who kept trying to engage me in conversation. Another decade from now, I 'll be back to see if things have improved.
They rushed me through drive-thru and read my order back 5 times and still got the whole order wrong. Instead of being polite about it they were rude to me. Looks really dirty and staff is very rude and lazy.
It was okay but the tenderloin was tough a lil over cooked but it's normally a very good place to eat it must of just been new cook or busier than normal.
