Sticky Rice is a Richmond, Va institution and the location in DC is fast approaching that status. Disclosure: it may be unfair of me to compare recent visit with my then frequent attendance 5 years ago. Something has changed since, but I am not quite sure exactly what the food is not as authentic as before (especially excess use of condiments/sauces), the music was ridiculously loud, just about everything seemed dirtier and worn out. read more.
