Lovely ambience, the service started out at a 5 star and dropped a bit as we seemed to lose our waiter's interest. I started with the burrata salad, which may be in the top five I've ever tasted. I also ordered the branzino which was cooked perfectly and was delicious! What a treasure Tosca is!! We had the server create a tasting menu to share that was over the top!! This is a can't miss dining experience in DC.
