This is definitely a special place. Walked in for a cup of coffee because the shop called to me and I walked out with the best pastry I have had outside of France. Might be one of the best pasties ever now that I think of it. Oh, and the guy behind the counter gamely conversed with me in French for as far as my mastery would go (almost through the ordering process). Wonderful place, and done right. A new favorite. What christine oh doesn't like about Un Je Ne Sais Quoi:
Picked up an iced vanilla latte and a lemon meringue tart. The coffee was decent, but personally had way too much syrup that it masked any taste of coffee. It pretty much tasted like vanilla syrup milk. As a lemon tart lover, I was not overly impressed with this one, although presentation-wise, looked beautiful. View all feedback.

Favorites: plain croissant, pistachio croissantA cozy french style bakery/ pastry. Everything is delicious there. It has a line but the service is quick.
Insta: dmv_reelsGood place for pastries! It's my second time there and this time I got pistachios croissant and decaf latte. I like their plain croissant better. Crispy!
French. Very French pastries. Almost nothing savory. But good. There is very little seating but you can make it work. The almond croissant was crunch and flaky. They bring you water. The staff are nice.
The best Pistachio Croissant in the whole world. Totally fell in love with the coffee, croissants and the vibe of the place. Since the first time this place has made to must-go list on Greater Washington area. Highly recommend this place, can 't wait to go back
