Food is ok, not always hot, the staff is always friendly, service is on the slow side especially the ordering process, the person taking the order has to fill the drinks of the orders and get the finished food from the kitchen area to send out. To much for a cashier who is busy. Something always seems to not be working also. View all feedback.
What Min Alvarez doesn't like about Wendy's:
as a truck driver we don't have too much time sometimes at the gas stations and this place made me wait over 10 minutes in line when I was the second customer in line there was 5 employees in the kitchen the one in front they were just talking to each other instead of taking orders.I had to leave because I was already 40 minutes at the gas station and at the pump that's just too much.I understand you guys get paid by... Their food is very bad. Sometimes they keep serving vegetables even after several days. They give old vegetables to the customers which are already spoiled.
Food is as expected, but wait times are surprisingly long, likely due to always being understaffed
Would not give me a refund when they messed up my order. Rude customer service.
Not much attention or care given by employees on lunch shift. Not worst ever, but nowhere near best Wendy's experience
They need to do better.. the fries were in the bottom of the bag the burger looked like they had just threw it.
