What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I'm here almost daily after work for a few weeks to get a coffee after work at 4:00. The last two times I went, I changed it and asked for a matcha latte. So for the first time (as there is a bit of a language barrier) he thought I said Mocha, and when I said, "Excuse me, I said Matcha latte, he moved with his hand to return it with an obvious attitude. The cash register was friendly. We went on Thanksgiving morning at 1130 and it was easy to do. We ordered Munchkins, an oreo hot chocolate and two bageries n cheeses n bacon sandwiches. The sandwich was perfect and the hot chocolate tastes great. Inside is very clean and beautiful. There are many parking spaces and a car ride.
If I could give this store and management 0 stars I would. This specific dunkin, has some serious issue with management and employees. We have spoken to the regional anger 3 times now. With NO change. They don't give people what they ordered. They talk nasty to customers. They are obviously to young to be employed. I'm not saying that the age is to young, I'm saying the maturity is just not there for these people at this location. So if you want your order right and to be treated properly with respect as a customer pass this place. Please go to another location or another store.
8/6/22 ...1:30pm ish....I asked for caramel in 3 of my ice coffees and pulled back through drive through... I asked the girl if she could add the caramel in that was forgotten: Her response mmmm...hmmmm. I was quiet at that response because I expected a more polite answer or even MAYBE an apology. She then proceeds to say with a nasty tone, pull through.. I remain as there's another car in front and she repeats with an even more and aggressive tone to pull through. Instead I backed out and went inside. Approaching her on her response to me and how unprofessional it was she responded with: I'm not the one who made your coffee. She continued with an attitude and very sarcastically told me: Have a wonderful day! She chuckled at me as I walked out. The maturity level and unprofessionalism at this place has got to change.
The owner or manager needs to speak with the young lady working the drive thru on Fri 3/15/19 at 2pm. Please tell her (as I already did) that it's not cool to talk bad about customers when you think your headset microphone is off. Guess what it wasn't turned off. Will never return.
Been to this location a few times. I asked to not have my coffee topped off so there's room for cream and sugar and nope!! Service is average and the hot coffee was lukewarm! I'll stick with Wawa coffee at least it's hot!!
