I don't usually check out any places we eat, but that deserves a mention. the pheasant starter is a meal in itself, beautiful in presentation and cooking. the filet steak again served exactly as desired, my compliments to the chef and professional staff. we will definitely go back sooner than later. read more.

A lovely village pub, the staff were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with the food. We waited a long time for it to be bought out and when it finally arrived, we found it to be quite plain, for the money we expected nicer food.
