Taco Bell - West Union

Ordered 3 simple taco supremes. Got the food at drive thru after a decent wait..the 3 tacos were crushed, broken, no sour creme or tomatoes. Went right back to the drive up window and asked for the order to be remade since the sign says they don't give refunds...hmm...anyways, after a wait again, they hand me 3 tacos no better then the 1st batch..honestly, the food should have been thrown back in the face of the Gothic chick with 2000 piercings that had a major attitude working the window. Screw Taco bell and the smucks that work there. Close your doors if you hate your job that much and continue to serve dog food to customers. I mean dog food because it was unedible for human consumption. It was thrown in the trash. $10.50 down the drain. Thanks.NOTICE soo many bad recent reviews...where's corporate? WHO IS THE OWNER? ALL who had bad experiences at this particular location is urged to call TACO BELL customer service and report them. These owners have direct access to these reviews and chose to ignore them . Please stop ripping off people.

This is quite literally one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. How they call this a KFC/Tacobell is beyond me. 98% are they ever selling off of the KFC menu. When I say every single time we go there, our order is always wrong, that is no lie. At this point, this store in particular is a waste of opportunity that could be given to a successful business in the area. I’d like to know how nothing has changed given the NUMEROUS 1 star reviews. Not to mention, this location is ALWAYS out of something. I am normally not one to say anything, but after multiple horrible experiences here, someone needs to look into this and change how this store is being ran.

Couldn’t order on line or get the National Burrito day special. Waiter 20 min and no one was making it. One young girl looking bored in back. Saw group of employees setting in front. Finally got my food and went to them to complain and tell them I was contacting Corporate to complain. Man standing on the right yelled across the room that they were in a meeting and shooed me away. Meat was cold, tacos were very soggy and burrito supreme was too small, no sauce in bag our on counter. I’m 68 and have been going to Taco Bell since I was a teenager in Texas. The worst food and service I’ve ever had! Taco Bell should be ashamed!

The place is just sad compared to what it used to be. I just paid almost $15 for three beefy 5 layer burritos and a drink, asked for fire sauce, and this is what I got.

Walked in the door stood there for 7 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. No one to wait on but me and 2 cars in the drive
