"You’ve probably heard from a friend or family that Giorgios is amazing. But words are just that: words. Seeing is believing and let me tell you that they do not disappoint.Starting with co owners Nick and George they have one and only one goal in mind: catering to your needs. Booking was simple and easy but most importantly negotiable. Every detail in planning was meticulously threaded with a comb from the food, to display, to presentation. No stone was left unturned but also everything was explained in detail so you never felt left in the dark.Girogios catering and staff was very professional and knows their reputation is to be upheld to the highest of standards. Everyone greeted our guest and treated our wedding day as you’d expect: we were the celebrities. What more can you ask for?But a review can’t be complete without mentioning the food and drink. You’ll not once hear a guest at Girogios say, “they didn’t have something I liked”. That’s impossible when their menu includes for the most part everything you can imagine.I also can’t forget to mention our bridal attendant Brianna. Never has a bride felt more like the top of the mountain than with her. If you need something she is there to provide excellent service and above all else cater to her guest as if it was her own wedding.I can go on and on about every little detail but then I’d be stalling you from booking your next event here. Worth every dime, nickel and penny. BOOK ASAP"

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Pizza. We just picked up 4 different slices from here and all were delicious. The normal slice had such a sweet sauce. The Sicilian layer also had a really big sauce and whatever dough it used, made it easy. Nothing like these heavy doughs we used. The pepperoni slice was also amazing. It was very tasteful. Unlike others, we had. Finally, the Chicken Marsala was perfect with the right amount of toppings. We'll be back. Thank you."

"Wednesday date night out with my husband and the atmosphere was very nice. I had no idea that downtown Riverhead had such a gem right on Main Street. Pro tip: Riverhead has limited on street parking but there are municipal parking lots on the next block and behind the restaurant. Allow a few extra minutes for parking.On to the good stuff. The food was AMAZING. One might even say outstanding. We started out with the crab cake appetizer. The sauces on the plate were delicious and I wanted to get every drop of those sauces into my mouth.We both ordered the Bison Cowboy steaks. The cook on them was perfect as was the seasoning. Chef Ian knows how to handle exotic meats properly. I felt like I was back in Cody, Wyoming eating my very first bison steak. It was that fresh and flavorful. His sauces were the perfect accompaniments to the bison. I am very picky about my sauces and I was very pleasantly surprised.Our server Alyssa made our night out both memorable and enjoyable. She was attentive, upbeat, knowledgable about the menu offerings and showed a passion for the food there.WE WILL BE BACK! I can't wait to try the Elk and explore the menu further.side note: The restaurant did a great job of maintaining covid precautions and protocols. If you want a great little steakhouse with an interesting twist on a steakhouse menu, you really need to try this restaurant"
