I expected my food to be ready at the time they told me to arrive for collection but instead they started making it when I got there meaning I waited waaaay too long for what should be fast food. Please don't respond with we were busy, we are short staffed, COVID makes things difficult look deeper into why your customers are dissatisfied and try to fix it, rather than making worn out excuses.

Went here with my family for an afternoon. On arrival it was very quiet only other tables occupied however all of the empty tables were dirty and needed cleaned. We chose the only table we could find that was clean. No toilet roll in ladies toilets and no coffee/tea/crushems due to no milk. An interview was going on while we were there, here's hoping he gets it as they're needing more staff soon to get the place running properly. Staff pleasant

Food is good as usual but drive through always seems to be a nightmare wrong orders or ask for large get med or something

Absolute shambles. Staff arguing in front of my at serving window, left sitting at serving window for before being handed my juice and told to now take a space to wait even longer no gravy yet again!! Burned sad looking chicken discovered on arrival home. Definitely won’t go back I have no idea what the management are doing but I don’t think it’ll be too long before it closes down down the drain!!! PLEASE AVOID nb management the stalkybuilt girl at serving window wearing blue jacket is a bully poor other girls were taking terrible abuse from her in front of me and it continued while I was parked up for a further min wait
