Very cold in restaurant. No mulled wine as machine not working!!!! What machine makes mulled wine, you open the bottle and heat it up in a pan or microwave. Terrible excuse for Christmas. Crumble was served solid had to return. Staff pleasant felt sorry for them having to deal with such complaints at this time of year. Overall very disappointed. read more.
