First timer from CA. This is a catering facility turned part restaurant. They haven't committed to a dining room for the restaurant that is up to par with their food. The food was very good, even though it came under cooked, and they had to substitute a Dry Aged Ribeye for the New York that was on the menu; totally different flavored cuts, so not really a substitution.
