I was visiting Troy from Atlanta, Georgia- and was very excited to try out the food in downtown. Tatu was our FAVORITE spot during the trip and we dined twice during our quick stay. The ambiance is unbelievably chic/unique with delicious food to boot! We dined at the Saratoga location several times and frequently enjoyed their family style takeout during the pandemic. Visited the new spot in Troy on a Thursday. Hostess was great. Food was good. Sticking point was the other staff. It was slow for a Thursday evening and 6 — 7 staff members were milling around the bar.
