we celebrated my best friend's birthday. our waiter was great. the meal was delicious and cheap. we both chose the 3 course meal. This particular location was once a favorite among Rochesterians. However, after the pandemic, quality service became noticeably deteriorated. On several occasions, we found the restrooms to be below standards. The food quality was also diminished and took longer than normal.
