LOVE McAlister's. I am never disappointed. The food is delicious and it makes me feel good, unlike many other restaurants. Though the service may be a bit slow at times, the wait is worth it. Had a pickup order, ASAP aka 15 minutes. I get to the window and it's not ready. Had to wait 5 minutes and then drive home to enjoy my food and my salad is completely wrong. I took off items as well as added some. None of that was done, and there is a sticker on the box stating what I ordered. I shouldn't have to pay $11 for a wrap and salad, for it to be completely wrong. Do better. View all feedback.
