First of all the waiting time was extremely bad bad bad!!! We were told their gas or something like that was finished. Poor planning. Then came the fried rice which tasted like sticky burnt rice under. Food was tasteless and cold too. Their customer service this time around was extremely bad as I expected the Manager to apologise to all customers for the over two hours waiting time. View all feedback.
