Went to use toilet with no time to waste but the disabled was LOCKED NOT HAPPY as have medical problems getting up from low toilets but had no choice to use normal ladies.THESE SHOULD NOT BE LOCKED WILL BE REPORTING TO THE DISABILIES COMPLAINTS SERVICE.
