I know that it's weird to taste L'Alsace cuisine in Provance. However...! It was the best lunch during our 7-day trip to different areas of Provence. THe best!!! So I don't understand these Tripadvisor numbers: 8 reviews, 140 of 541 ... Plat du jour was 6-hour slow-roasted pork. It literally melted in my mouth. And sauerkraut... Nous avons pris "la flamekueche" en plat principal...on nous a servi une demie portion de flam industrielle réchauffée avec une salade verte, le tout pour la modique somme de 14 euros l'assiette...si cela ne s'appelle pas une arnaque!
