I've come to the conclusion that Corscia has its own unique style regarding service once seated you are left alone for quite a while wondering what to do next (happens in all restaurants). Anyway the blackboards arrive more that menus cheaper on the reprints and allows for update due to lack of availability or just when the chef is having an off day.
