We went there on a Saturday night, so it was very busy. After about a twenty-minute waiting period, we were told that it was a 30- to 40-minute waiting time, we were sitting. I've been to other Chilli's so not sure what was the problem. Orders for drinks even took a long time. We ordered drinks but didn't receive them until after other diners received theirs.
