We were looking for places to eat with good ratings and this Trattoria came up, we looked to book, phoned but no answer, messaged but no response, but nevertheless going by Google it opened at 7PM, so we arrived then, after a few minutes wandering around and trying a door, an angry looking woman came up and just shouted through the glass they weren't open for another 30 minutes......what a great customer interaction....
