Pretty sure the sticky rice was microwaved. Came in a plastic bag inside the bamboo, rice was dry and stiff. I picked it up with my hand and could take a bite without it falling apart. The waiter brought me another, which was the same so I asked for steamed rice instead. The starter and curry were well balanced and tasty. Service was quite good.
