Food here is always fast,hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Today's prices are much more affordable than years ago. I had one time I got takeout and my order was wrong.I called and spoke to the manager as I couldn't go back to have order rectified and shortly thereafter I received a letter in the mail, apologizing and granting me a free meal. everyone visits I have high expectations and think that this time it could taste better and I am always disappointed. chicken sandwiches are hard and never hot. the chicken pieces are so small and not crispy even if they order extra crispy. tops fried huh taste better and burger king has a better chicken sandwich away. I will not give kfc my business View all feedback.
