Their website says their mission is to serve authentic Mexican seafood in a family fun environment. To which I say, that was exactly how It worked out. We had a very enjoyable meal of a mixed seafood enchilada and a tostada chicken combo. When I was asked whether I wanted a red or green sauce, I said Christmas like a native New Mexican. the owner daughter thinks it's perfect in order to get the sway from her taco with the fingers, although I told them I have an allergy. She said it's okay because they use gloves. secondly, if they have an allergy, they should regain the taco, but that is not how they do business! after the plate was given up again three times.
