Lovely afternoon here , our first time and such lovely service so so friendly and welcoming a lovely relaxed atmosphere even dog friendly. Over all the atmosphere and the place is lovely. However, there was one extremely rude member of staff named Ruth that made my experience at the bubble room unpleasant to say the least. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning to the bubble room because of her, and I’d suggest her in particular, take a customer service course to avoid her scaring away other paying customers.
