I organise a meetupof ex colleagues from 25 years ago annually and we usually meet at the Merlin! Food was excellent and we were thrilled to be put in the private room! Vicki deserves a special mention as she looked after us superbly! Other staff were excellent too but Vicki definitely deserved a sepcial mention! We will be back next year hopefully! For a disabled person I found the experience very disappointing as the disabled toilet had no light. Despite the staff saying this would be sorted after two hours the toilet was still pitch black and I had to use the light on my phone to use the toilet.
