we personally thought the Sunday lunch was bland and most likely frozen or pre-made mac and cheese as well as bland cold speckled butter beans. I agree the ambience is depressing. think old building with no attempt to make it presentable. Castellucios has taken an old building and made it quaint and cozy Jake's not so much.
