I'd give it a 3.5 of that were an option, just a tick above average. I liked the chips and salsa and the server was easy going, attentive and not overbearing. Food was just OK. I ordered cheese enchiladas and they came out not quite hot or all the way melted so they rushed them out of the kitchen and the beans and rice were pretty plain.
