Terrible customer service. Order was placed through Chipotle app but they had no record of it. Rather than trying to resolve this issue, cashier asked me for proof that I had indeed placed an order. Showed her notification on Chipotle app but she wanted confirmation number. Pulled confirmation number up from email and showed it to her. She then wanted proof that I had actually paid for it.
