I did order ceviche , jalea , anticuchos and none of them are even close to get the Peruvian taste, the meat from the anticuchos wasn’t cook enough, the jalea was hard to eat and the ceviche seems like they use lime from the bottle because the taste was very acid not satisfied at all with that food. read more.
