Stopped in yesterday and was very disappointed that my ice was chunky and full of white ice crystals. Are the Team Members no longer trained in the importance of serving a quality product and answering honestly. I wouldn't bother to comment if this was the first time, but it isn't, or even the second or third. As a former Rita's franchisee I love all of the flavors.
