It's always to be expected of slow service, but last week did an order for pickup and it took another 15-20 min from what they said which is fine I like to see people busy but i ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and I got 12 fries and just a plain chicken sandwich and I had called just to let them know it was not acceptable and I wasn't happy and the gal that answered seemed not to care.
