When we were at the Rusticone on 19.01.18, the food was really good but the toilets were completely clogged! We didn't dare to drink. A breakdown can always happen, but what made worse was how the employees were dealing with it. There was no sign at the door and absolutely no word of apology at the waiter when we addressed him to the situation. A comment from the waiter even made us tweak about the condition/hygiene...
