We stopped in Alma en route from St Johns to Moncton. We checked out a few of the local restaurants and opted for this one. We are very glad we did. The chowder was out of this world, the 1 piece of haddock and fries was superb (glad we did not order 2 pieces). Our waitress Leeann (hope I got her name right!!) was great fun and obliging. We stopped in Alma for lunch on our way to some sight seeing and walked by this restaurant. The food looked appealing from what we could see on the patio. We both ordered lobster rolls, one with fries and one with seafood chowder. The service was decent enough but the lobster rolls were average tasting (My fiancé is from new brunswick and found the lobster had very little taste. That was his opinion) but the seafood... When the weather conditions is good you can also eat outside, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables. A counter with the ability to sit down is available, and for the littlest guests, there is a baby high chair.
