Ordered an iced honey lavender latte and was given a drink that visibly had 2 inches of syrup on the bottom. Thought that maybe it just hadn't been mixed yet so I stirred it and discovered the drink was CHUNKY. (And no, it wasn't boba) Not sure if the syrups were old or if it was the milk.. either way it was a little disturbing. Luckily my husband's drink wasn't chunky so we could at least share that. read more.
