Asked for the commercial promotion and I guess I didn't pronounce it right. So I was rudely told we don't make patty melts. Common sense would have kicked in for me and I would have asked the customer if they were speaking of the promoted grilled cheese with a double patty. Duh! It is just food. Not brain surgery.
