I ate here about 9 days ago. As per usual I ordered the mushroom Swiss with fried onions and peppers, onion rings and fries. I am never disappointed with their service and consistency of product. I luv this burger joint. View all feedback.

I went here late night and the drive thru was closed went in to order and the employee gave another person my order when the person got it they opened it lifted the bun and said this isn't my order rewraps it and gave it back the employee proceeds to take it to the back and whisper loudly I gave that guy the girls food sits it on the counter for like 5min then picks it up and says sorry for the wait we were making fr... everytime we have come here in the last 5 months orders have been wrong... shake machine always...
I got home and my burger had no lettuce ,tomatoes or anything on it. Is this how they make them...
