The last time we visited IHop was before COVID and it was terrible. Today we decided to try it and it was much better. They were out of some things because the old manager just didn't order them, but the new one said it was all ordered, just didn't get. It was a terrible experience there. We waited an unexpected time for our order (one hour and a half), just to say that our ticket was thrown out and he was about to start our order. You had nothing I wanted to command. I lost my phone there and when I called back to him the next day, no one had a hint of what I was talking about.
